These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Vivid Layer, operated by Dongsheng Han (“Vivid Layer”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website or using an asset, you agree to these Terms, the License, and the Privacy Policy.

Vivid Layer provides free React components, documentation, and related digital materials. Availability may change as the library evolves.

Your use of downloaded materials is governed by the Vivid Layer License. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share source assets except as expressly allowed by that License.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue website features and individual free materials. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every environment, or a specific release schedule. Material changes will not remove rights already granted for files you lawfully obtained.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe restricted endpoints, automate abusive downloads, or use Vivid Layer in violation of law or third-party rights.

The website and digital materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and adapting code before production use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid Layer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe there is fraud, credential sharing, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective.
